Take Off

Well I made it to the office. I had a nice drive along the lake. I took my time. Said my goodbyes to my boys and wife and made my way to the office. I’ll head over to the airport in about an hour. I need to be there three hours before the flight. Driving is looking better and better. Maybe I’ll drive next time. Anyone who knows me knows I hate to fly. Some people love it. I don’t. There’s too much involved. I’d rather jump in the car and go. When you need to go a thousand miles in a day you wind up taking a plane or two. I want to be back in time for skate and shoot Saturday morning, so here I go. First stop is Philly. Seems like I’m going in the wrong direction, but that’s how it worked out. So don’t take any wooden nickels and keep your sticks on the ice.
