Most dangerous player

Greatness comes from the climb up the mountain, not just from being at the top. You can place someone on top of a mountain and take their picture, but those who make the climb are really doing something. They have worked hard to get there and will have learned some valuable lessons about themselves along the way. Some don’t make it to the top, but if they are brave enough to give it their best shot, they are way ahead of those who dare not even step foot on the slope. Fear of failure keeps many away from attaining great heights. Yes you may fall, but if you get back up and keep working at it you may find yourself a little higher up the hill. If you give up and roll over you may lose some ground. If you do nothing, you’re not going to go anywhere. Change is uncomfortable – this I know first hand. Change is scary and work is hard, but how you handle challenges makes you who you are. To every player who steps on the field or places their blades on the ice you have my respect. It doesn’t matter if you’re on our team or the opponents, if you’re out there working at improving your skill, you deserve respect, and you should respect any other player doing the same. The same can be applied to everyday life. This applies to a lot of challenges in life. Life itself is no free ride. Don’t forget to take in something from each day whether it’s a good day or a bad day. You can learn something if you take a moment…. to be in the moment. Before you worry about how far you have to go, look how far you’ve come and take some time to smell the coffee…or the orange soda. The most dangerous player is the one who is not afraid to fail, but hell bent on succeeding.
