Orange Ice

Welcome to the first post of Orange Ice.
This blog will mix of Hockey and Lacrosse topics.
I will mix tips, viewpoints, news and try to put a different spin on what I am seeing and doing as this blog develops. Usually I focus more on minor hockey during the winter, but because lacrosse has also become a year round sport for many, I will try to keep up on both. I hope to share ideas on both sports, and look forward to all input related to either or both. Many athletes have experience playing in both sports, in both Box and field lacrosse, as well as Ice Hockey. I also will try to keep up on what is going on in the NHL, MLL,and NLL if possible.
